    Called on a Saturday because my wife cut her hand and needed stitches. The employee I spoke with said they couldn't get us in because they don't add new patients on Saturday - lazy employees or a ridiculous rule. Either way its absurd and even though we just moved to Louisa, we wont be going to this place.

    Always get you in promptly, very professional. Cryston is a great NP who listens intently, takes the time for you, and and answers all your questions. She is also very thorough.
